To become Hong Kong’s leading coastal recreation hub where water sports, wellness and community harmonize in a vibrant Kai Tak waterfront.  The Centre inspires people of all ages and backgrounds to connect with the water, lead active and healthy lives and share pride in an evolving Kai Tak that celebrates innovation, sustainability and diversity across Kowloon, Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.

To create open, joyful and inclusive water sports and community experiences that foster public health, strengthen social bonds and celebrate the unique coastal character of Kowloon.  The Centre delivers accessible, high quality aquatic programmes and facilities that support active lifestyles, build confidence across all ages and backgrounds and nurture a lifelong passion for the water.  Through strong partnerships, sustainable practices and innovative programming, the Centre becomes a vibrant landmark where wellness, community engagement and environmental care come together.
