About Us
The Jockey Club Kai Tak Water Sports Centre is Kowloon East's first comprehensive water sports community facility. With funding support by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust for revitalization and expansion from the old Kai Tak Fire Station, it is now professionally managed by the Hong Kong Water Sports Council.
Officially launched in 2026, the Centre brings together dragon boating, kayak, stand-up paddle boarding, rowing and more — alongside diverse land-based experiences. It's designed for people of all ages and backgrounds to easily join in and enjoy the full spectrum of water and land fun.
More than just a water sports venue, it's a vibrant community hub. We promote healthy, active lifestyles, strengthen community bonds, integrate water sports into everyday Hong Kong life and create employment opportunities for young people.
