Water Sports National Games Experience Day Let primary and secondary school students jump into the world of water sports together! Through land-based activities related to different water sports, such as canoeing, rowing, sailing, water skiing and dragon boating, students can enjoy water sports on land and stimulate their passion for water sports! Activity Features: - Experience water sports on land, without getting wet - Suitable for physical education classes and can be transformed into a carnival - Choose 3 out of 6 key activities for a diverse experience including dragon boating, canoeing, rowing, and lifesaving activities - Flexible scheduling, can be adjusted according to school needs Activity Schedule: 10-15 minutes - Assembly and activity introduction 50-90 minutes - Choose 3 out of 6 AquaGames experiences 15 minutes - Group photo Optional Activities: 1. Lifeline CPR Challenge - Divided into 4 groups, participants will compete in a "three-stage" challenge using lifelines and learn to throw lifelines and practice CPR. 2. Mini Sailing Obstacle Race - 3. Land Rowing Participants will attempt a relay race on a large pool using remote-controlled sailboats, adjusting the sailboat's angle as they go. 4. Flatbed Boat Racing Participants will assemble a land dragon boat using flatbed carts and use assigned tools to climb from the starting point to the finish line in the fastest time possible. 5. Canoe Racing Pool Experience Participants will experience flatbed boat racing on a large pool, learning basic paddling techniques. 6. Canoe Racing Machine Participants will learn the correct posture on the racing machine. Each group member can only row once per session, aiming to achieve the group's best time within a specified time.
